The station, and Platform 9 \u00be, provide the background for the very first shot captured for <em>Harry Potter and the Philosopher\u2019s Stone<\/em>, and then, ten years later, for the last shot of the entire series in <em>Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows \u2013 Part 2<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-34280 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/stage.wbstudiotour.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Hogwarts-Express.png\" alt=\"The Hogwarts Express at Platform 9 3\/4 at Warner Bros. Whilst there\u2019s no specific reason why the number nine and three-quarters was chosen, it was important that the Hogwarts Express was located between two Muggle platforms. We can\u2019t help but wonder whether there might be other hidden platforms at King\u2019s Cross Station, although we wouldn\u2019t recommend running into any of the walls to find out!<\/p>\n<p>Instead, why not have your photo taken with one of the recognisable luggage trollies, featured in the film series?
