    These terms and conditions relate to the \u2018<\/span>Dinner in the Great Hall\u2019<\/span>\u00a0event scheduled for\u00a0<\/span>Wednesday 9<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0December<\/span>\u00a0(the \u201c<\/span><\/span>Event<\/span><\/span>\u201d). The Event is run by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited (\u201c<\/span><\/span>WBSL<\/span><\/span>\u201d or \u201c<\/span><\/span>Warner<\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/span>), and takes place at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Studio Tour Dr, Leavesden, Watford WD25 7LR (the \u201c<\/span><\/span>Venue<\/span><\/span>\u201d)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>intended for guests 18 years of age and older. If you are interested in attending a similar event intended for groups that include children between 8 and 17 years of age, please see the event scheduled for Friday 4<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/span>\u202fDecember 2026 on the Venue\u2019s website (<\/span><\/span>www.wbstudiotour.co.uk\/dinner-in-the-great-hall<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>)<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0The venue is owned and\u00a0<\/span>operated<\/span>\u00a0by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited (<\/span><\/span>\u201cWBSTL\u201d<\/span><\/span>).<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    These terms and conditions are in addition to the<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>WBSL Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u202f<\/span><\/span>and<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>Privacy Policy<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u202f<\/span><\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0together set out all the terms and conditions that relate to the Event (together the \u201c<\/span><\/span>Terms<\/span><\/span>\u201d). Please read these Terms carefully,\u00a0<\/span>in particular terms<\/span>\u00a0relating to health and safety at the Venue, before buying a ticket for the Event (\u201c<\/span><\/span>Ticket<\/span><\/span>\u201d). By buying a Ticket, you agree to be bound by the Terms.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Tickets may only be <\/span>purchased<\/span>\u00a0from the Venue\u2019s website<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>(<\/span><\/span>www.wbstudiotour.co.uk\/whats-on\/dinner-in-the-great-hall\/<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>), or from the Venue\u2019s visitor services team at 0800 640 4550<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Tickets shall be available to <\/span>purchase<\/span>\u00a0in the general Ticket release on<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>Thursday 2<\/span><\/span>nd<\/span><\/span>\u00a0July 2026<\/span>\u00a0at<\/span>\u00a010am<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>GMT<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Two hundred and twenty (<\/span><\/span>220<\/span><\/span><\/strong>) Tickets in total are available for purchase for the Event. All Tickets shall be sold on a first-come first-served basis.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    One\u202f<\/span><\/span>(1<\/strong>)<\/span><\/span>\u202fAdult Ticket costs two hundred and\u00a0<\/span>eighty five<\/span>\u00a0pounds sterling\u202f<\/span><\/span>(\u00a3285<\/strong>).<\/span><\/span>\u00a0One\u202f<\/span><\/span>(1<\/strong>)\u202f<\/span><\/span>Ticket\u00a0<\/span>permits<\/span>\u00a0one\u202f<\/span><\/span>(1<\/strong>)<\/span><\/span>\u202fguest to attend the Event. Purchasers may\u00a0<\/span>purchase<\/span>\u00a0multiple Tickets up to a total maximum of nine<\/span><\/span>\u202f(9<\/strong>)<\/span><\/span>\u202fTickets for the Event.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Carer Tickets are also available at a cost of one hundred and <\/span>sixty five<\/span>\u00a0pounds sterling\u202f<\/span><\/span>(\u00a3165<\/strong>).<\/span><\/span>\u202fFive\u202f<\/span><\/span>(5<\/strong>)<\/span><\/span>\u202fcarer tickets will be held for the Event. Carer tickets must be\u00a0<\/span>purchased<\/span>\u00a0over the phone via the Venue\u2019s visitor services team at 0800 640 4550.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Once <\/span>acquired<\/span>, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, Tickets are non-refundable,\u00a0<\/span>non-transferable<\/span>\u00a0and void if altered. Tickets that Warner\u00a0<\/span>reasonably suspects<\/span>\u00a0have been transferred or altered shall not be honoured. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Only Tickets <\/span>purchased<\/span>\u00a0directly from WBSL are valid for admission. Tickets\u00a0<\/span>purchased<\/span>\u00a0from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    Tickets for the Event are inclusive of everything <\/span>stated<\/span>\u00a0in the event description (<\/span><\/span>www.wbstudiotour.co.uk\/whats-on\/family-dinner-in-the-great-hall\/<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>) but do not include anything not listed above, including without limitation,\u00a0<\/span>accommodation<\/span>\u00a0or spending money.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  11. \n

    Following purchase of Tickets, guests shall be contacted via email requesting that they provide any dietary requirements and menu choices. Dietary requirements, which Warner will use reasonable efforts to satisfy, must be communicated by email using the following address:\u202f<\/span><\/span>CustomerServicesTeam@wbd.com<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  12. \n

    Please note that it is Warner\u2019s policy to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen (18). At any time during the Event, Warner staff and security shall have the right to ask guests to produce valid proof of age identification. Warner may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to any guest who <\/span>fails to<\/span>\u00a0prove that they are eighteen (18) years of age or over and\/or who\u00a0<\/span>appears to be<\/span>\u00a0intoxicated.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  13. \n

    Guests shall not be allowed to take alcohol outside of the Venue.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Warner reserves the right to <\/span>immediately<\/span>\u00a0remove any guest without liability or compensation who\u00a0<\/span>fails to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>comply with<\/span>\u00a0the Terms.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  15. \n

    Personal items left in the Venue\u2019s cloakroom or elsewhere at the Venue are left at the owners\u2019 discretion and risk.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  16. \n

    Warner and its affiliated and\/or associated companies, agents, partners and\/or other third parties authorised by Warner (together, \u201c<\/span><\/span>Warner Partners<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u201d) may create motion pictures, still photographs and\/or sound recordings of Guests (\u201c<\/span><\/span>Content<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u201d) during the Event at the Venue.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  17. \n

    By attending the Event, guests confirm that they grant and assign to Warner all rights (including, without limitation, present and future copyright, performance property rights and all neighbouring rights (including so-called authors\u2019 rights)) in and to the Content and give Warner and\/or Warner Partners all consents necessary for the reproduction, exhibition, transmission, broadcast and exploitation of the Content throughout the world in perpetuity and by any and all means and in any and all media now existing or in the future created or discovered, without payment or acknowledgement. The rights shall include, but not be limited to, the right for Warner and\/or Warner Partners to use the Content (including, any dubbed, edited, altered and\/or adapted versions of the Content) with or independent of other images, for commercial and\/or non-commercial purposes (including, by way of example only, in publications, exhibitions, advertising, promotional and marketing materials and online). Guests also agree to unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or otherwise assign to Warner) the benefits of any provision of law known as \u201cmoral <\/span>rights\u201d in so far as permissible and acknowledge that Warner does not undertake or guarantee that there shall be any use of or other exploitation of the Content.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  18. \n

    Warner shall have the right to display signs in and around the Venue to remind guests that filming may take place during the Event.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  19. \n

    A shuttle bus shall be in operation to transfer guests between Watford Junction railway station and the Venue. Transfer via the shuttle bus is a complimentary service for guests. Event confirmation email needs to be shown when boarding the shuttle bus. The first service shall begin at 6pm each evening of the Event and a return shuttle bus will be on standby at the Venue for any guests that need to return to Watford Junction railway station. All guests must have exited the Venue by midnight. Guests using the shuttle bus will <\/span>be responsible for<\/span>\u00a0their own transport to connect with\/after drop-off from the shuttle bus. For those guests who do not wish to use the shuttle bus service, they shall\u00a0<\/span>be responsible for<\/span>\u00a0their own transport to and from the Venue.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  20. \n

    Warner will take reasonable care to ensure that the Event is as described in these Terms. However, events may occur that make the Event taking place impractical or inappropriate due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Warner. In such a situation, and with prior notice to the Ticket Holder when practical, Warner may vary or amend one or both evenings of the Event to provide a reasonable <\/span>alternative, or<\/span>\u00a0cancel or postpone one or both evenings of the Event, as a result of which Warner and\/or Warner Partners shall not be held liable.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
