Make new memories for the Pensieve this Christmas as Family Dinner in the Great Hall returns. Adults and children alike can relive the festive wonders of Hogwarts which were once experienced on-screen, now brought to life.

With towering Christmas trees, flaming puddings and the warm glow of floating candles, there’s no better setting to celebrate the most magical time of year with your family. Take your seats in the Great Hall set, dressed as seen in Harry Potter and Philosopher’s Stone, ready to “let the feast begin” with a two-course dinner.
More magic awaits after dinner, as you’ll have the chance to explore the Studio Tour after-hours. Stop by the Potions classroom, where we’re brewing up misting mocktails and cocktails, before continuing through the Studio Tour. Look out for snowy surprises around every corner…
Enter the Forbidden Forest, discover the enchanting Diagon Alley set and marvel at the breathtaking Hogwarts castle model, all covered in a blanket of filmmaking snow.
Learn how three different materials were used by filmmakers to cover the sets with snow that never melts, glistens under the camera lights, and crunches well enough to look and sound convincing on-screen. Each year, a snowman is hidden on the model which only the most keen-eyed among you will locate. Get your Omnioculars ready!
Throughout the evening, enjoy misting mocktails and cocktails, canapés, Butterbeer and take home some of the magic with a celebration wand and green screen photo souvenir.

Studio Tour closes
The Family Dinner in the Great Hall event will take place on 4th December 2026 and open to adults bringing at least one child between the ages 8-17. Guests will be seated at tables of 10 or 12. Adult tickets are priced at £285pp and child tickets are priced at £270pp. Essential companion tickets are available for £165pp.
*One Hogwarts souvenir trunk will be provided to each child per booking.
